CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations before 4 pm on the date of arrival will not be charged. Cancellations after 4 pm on the arrival day and no-show will be charged with 100% of the first night.

CHILDREN POLICY / EXTRABED

• Children under 6 years stay free of charge in the parents room
• Children between 6 and 12 years stay for CHF 40.- per night with an extrabed in the parents room
• An extrabed for adults costs CHF 80.- per night
• Extrabeds are allowed for the following room types: Double Deluxe, Family Suite

SMALL DOMESTIC PETS

• Only small domestic animals are allowed and will be charged with CHF 20.- per night. It is not allowed to leave an animal alone in the room. Damages caused by the animal will be charged to the owner.
