Our Hotel City Inn does not have its own reception. Access to our City Inn rooms is centralised via our sister hotel Hotel Euler at Centralbahnplatz 14. The reception team at Hotel Euler is available for you 24 hours a day. You can also check in and out at any time via our hotel app or at our check-in machines in the entrance area.

Our hotel complex comprising the 3 Manz Privacy Hotels (Hotel Euler, Hotel Metropol, Hotel City Inn) has a multi-storey car park (entrance Küchengasse). Due to limited capacity, please book a parking space in advance. You will find further parking spaces in the Centralbahn car park (entrance Gartenstrasse 150). Our Hotel City Inn is located in the immediate vicinity of Basel railway station, next to the SBB/SNCF railway station and air terminal (shuttle bus to EuroAirport). For the duration of your stay, you will receive the Guest Pass+ with the Mobility Ticket and can use all public transport in Basel free of charge. This ticket is valid on proof of booking upon arrival.
