  • Very friendly RECEPTION. LOCATION : TRAIN STATION 100m, airport bus 85 m, CITY NEAR 15 MIN, Rhine 19 MIN. Good walking distance. Free bus card. Free transfer from the airport with reservation to the hotel and in the city. Nice shops. IN THE old town. FEINKOST-MODE etc. WORTH IT.

  • The reception staff are amazing and so helpful. You get a city pass with this hotel which gives you free public transport and half price on most attractions. It’s directly next to the tram station so great access from the airport and into the main areas of the city. Room was extremely clean, housekeeping do a great job.
    Only issues were the hotel was hard to find as you enter through the Euler and my room was on the third floor but didn’t have a lift to the top two floors however that does not bring down the rating.

  • I stayed at the City Inn for one night when travelling through by train. The hotel is just a few steps from the main station and it's hard to miss. When I went to check in, they couldn't find my reservation. It turned out that I had booked for the wrong day. Fortunately, there was still something available and although cancellation/rebooking was not actually included in the rate, I was accommodatingly allowed to do so the next day by management. The room was as pictured and the bed was very comfortable. I have no criticism of my stay at this quiet and friendly hotel.

    The hotel is quiet and clean. Fortunately this hotel is not over-air-conditioned, the room was favourably warm.
